"HungerGames"star Josh Hutcherson might name as "mostly straight" now, but he doesn't dictate out the possibility of being attracted to a man someday.
The thespian sat down with Out magazine's Shana Naomi Krochmal for the November 2013 issue and got frank about the topic of sexuality.
“I would probably list myself as mostly straight," Hutcherson, who Jennifer Lawrence has joked is "in love" with their "Hunger Games" co-star, Sam Claflin, said. “Maybe I could say right now I’m 100% straight. But who knows? In a f**king year, I could meet a guy and be like, Whoa, I’m attracted to this person.”
“I’ve met guys all the time that I’m love, Damn, that’s a good-looking guy, you know?” he added. “I’ve never been, like, Oh, I desire to kiss that guy. I really love women. But I think defining yourself as 100% anything is kind of near-sighted and close-minded.”
The 20-year-old's candid comments might not appear as such a surprise to those who understand him as an ally to the lesbian, queer, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community.

Josh Ryan Hutcherson is an American actor and producer. He began his career in the early 2000s, initially appearing in commercials and minor production and television roles. He gained prominence in his teenage years with foremost roles in films such as Little Manhattan (2005), Zathura: A Space Adventure (2005), RV (2006), Bridge to Terabithia (2007), and Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008).
Hutcherson's breakthrough came in 2011 when he was cast as Peeta Mellark in The Starvation Games film series (2012–2015), a role that brought him international fame and several awards, including three MTV Film Awards and a People's Choice Award.
