Keith Urban Admits Men Only Come to His Shows for One Reason

Keith Urban was a guest on the WTF With Marc Maron podcast, where he revealed a truth about his concerts that nobody other than Urban himself can identify.

The "Messed Up as Me" singer was referring to when he looks at the crowd from the stage and sees guys at his shows.

Urban, a veteran in the game, can identify a few things about a crowd just from playing for so many. When asked what his audience at shows is like, Urban said his audience has "always been a lot of girls. If there's guys in the audience, I think almost all of them are guitar players."

The "Somebody Prefer You" singer chuckled as he said that.

Urban continued, "I call them the reluctant boyfriends. I view them out in the crowd. I look out in the arena and see all these guys with their arms folded."

Urban then imitated what the men at his shows say to themselves: "'Ughh, she seems happy. I'm gonna get laid tonight at least, thank God. I just gotta put up with this guy for the next two hours.'"

Hearing Urban go into his American accent is worth the listen in itself.

Keith Urban breaks silence on bombshell covert romance - and it's to accomplish with these two stars

Keith Urban has finally broken his silence on the bombshell moment when he and his wife Nicole Kidman accidentally confirmed Phoebe Bridgers and Bo Burnham's rumored classified romance to the world. The land music singer – who regularly takes to social media to share insights into life with the Eyes Spacious Shut star – revealed his thoughts on what happened in an Entertainment Tonight interview released on Sunday.

Keith was enjoying time at a Taylor Swift concert with Nicole in mid-May when he accidentally uploaded a story to his Instagram which featured the younger couple kissing in the background.

Speaking with ET's Rachel Smith at the Region Music Association's Festival in Nashville, the 55-year-old responded to the interviewer's questions about the incident by saying: "Phoebe, I'm so sorry," before continuing lightheartedly: "You were on camera Phoebe, what were you thinking!"

However, the 'You Peer Good in My Shirt' singer did add: "It felt very awkward, I felt bad! We were just digging on the conc

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's Marriage Is a Sham

Don't be fooled by Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman's seemingly picture-perfect marriage. The couple is actually fame-hungry and mean, according to the country singer's former friend and collaborator, Vernon Rust.

Life & Manner took a look inside Vernon's new tell-all book, in which he claims the Oscar-winning actress and crooner are all about publicity. Nicole and Keith would, "attend a 'pond draining' if a red carpet and a photographer were gonna show up," he writes.

Referring to Nicole, 50, as "what's her face" and "Tom Cruise's ex-problem" throughout the book, Vernon claims, "Those two ninnies wouldn't know benevolence or spirituality if it came up and bit 'em in the ass."

However, Nicole, who shares daughters Sunday, 9, and Faith, 6, with Keith, 49, defended their 11-year marriage. In a recent interview with Vogue, she credited Keith for helping her cope with the death of her father in 2014.

Award winning actress Nicole Kidman and region superstar Keith Urban are easily one of Hollywood's most enduring power couples. Since their Down Under wedding in Sydney in 2006, the two hold been virtually inseparable on red carpets, in interviews, and even on the road during Urban's tour dates. Their union came five years after Kidman and her then-husband Tom Cruise announced their split in 2001, and marriage happened quickly after Kidman and Urban began dating.

Despite now being happily married for over a decade and sharing two children, this adorable, seemingly normal duo has inevitably faced their equitable share of headline-making scandals over the years. It is, after all, just part of what being a celeb couple is all about these days. Think you realize everything about their whirlwind romance turned love for the ages? Well, believe again. There are a lot of odd things most people just don't know.

Kidman waited four months for Urban to call

Although the couple first met at the G'Day USA Gala in January 2005, their courtship wasn't exactly love at first sight — at least according to Kidman, anyway.
