Alejandro Fernández Opens Up About His Sexuality During Push Conference For New Album 'Confidencias' [VIDEO]

Mexican singer Alejandro Fernández addressed long-standing gay rumors during a press conference in Mexico to let go his new studio album "Confidencias" (Secrets) on Tuesday (August 27), the Huffington Post reported.

The 42-year-old star opened up about his sexuality and said he liked women. "I am very clear on my sexuality. I appreciate women and a lot," said Fernández during the presentation at the newly renovated José Luis Cuevas Museum, in front of a group of fans and media outlets.

"Being conceited doesn't necessarily make you less of a macho. I am very sure of my sexuality, I like women, and if you do not favor something, why not travel relax and get a massage."

"El Potrillo" also denied rumors of alleged plastic surgeries, and explained that since he started functional on "Confidencias" he has been partying less and exercising more. "Vanity doesn't take away from masculinity", he said.
