The actor was born on January 21, 1994 in Lambeth, London, and he is 28 years old as of this writing. Prior to portraying the character of Jamie Tate in the British television show ‘Emmerdale,’ Lincoln was actually going to another job interview when he was informed that he got the role.

“I was on my way to the cinema in Walthamstow when I got the call through. I was sort of in shock, filled with fear and then it was just happiness,” he recalled in an interview with Lorraine Kelly.
Aside from ‘Emmerdale,’ the actor also appeared in the 2018 comedy movie ‘Degenerates,’ as well as the quick films ‘Wander,’ ‘Sun in the Night,’ and ‘Recall.’ More recently, he starred in the 2022 TV series ‘Everything I Recognize About Love’ and movies including ‘The F

Since then the celestial body has been questioned about his sexuality and admitted he didn't expect the international interest his comment made.
Speaking to Attitude magazine, he said: "It's one of those things, I often don't think about what I'm saying half the time. You say something in passing.
"I don't like to be mysterious and vague about things. I don't like to make people believe I'm presenting myself in a way I shouldn't be. So I felt this obligation to say something about it. Which I don't regret. But [suddenly] it's everywhere."

Alexander Lincoln recently opened up about his experience coming out and labeling his sexuality in an exclusive interview with Attitude.
First and foremost, the 29-year-old British thespian noted that he has not yet attached any label to his sexuality.
“I think the bottom line I want to communicate is: I’ve been with women, and I’ve been with men, and I don’t prescribe to a label because I’ve never felt that that definition has offered me any clarity,” he stated.

He further expressed,
“I like who I like in the moment or over the course of a relationship and that’s all it is, really.”
Lincoln also pointed out how certain questions about sexuality can be harmful to someone, sharing:
“I think the main thing that I’ve found in my experience is the require of anyone who finds out about your sexuality to describe it for them.”
“‘How gay are you then? What do you prefer more?’ Which I’ve always felt [to be] a moot point. Because surely it doesn’t matter.
I feel that this require for clarity from anyone who comes out as bi, bi-curious, pan or anything where the lines are blurred a minute more is damag
Alexander Lincoln: ‘It’s refreshing to be part of a gender non-conforming film where sexuality isn’t the conflict’
You’d be forgiven for thinking the scariest thing about shooting a film with rugby at its core would be the threat of an 18-stone bruiser landing on your ribcage. But for Alexander Lincoln, who plays one of the leading men in London-set rugby drama In From the Side, it was donning skis that inspired genuine terror.
Chatting over Zoom from his mother’s Surrey living room the actor recalls shooting the film, which premieres at BFI Flare next week, in the French Alps. ‘I swear to God, we nearly died. I was sure we were going to fall off the side of this cliff in a blizzard.’ He applications a grin familiar to any Emmerdale fan (he joined the long-running soap in 2019) – and a caveat: ‘I'm sure everyone else would say we were metres away from the edge, but it felt like we were going to plunge to our deaths. I’ve got really bad vertigo.’
Luckily, the majority of the film – which follows an affair between two men who play for a club based loosely on the Kings Cross Steelers – was shot on grass and mud. This is a place t
